All labor is subject to a minimum 1 hour charge.
Commercial On-Site Technical Labor: 90/hour
Any work performed by a technician (per hour).
Residential On-Site Technical Labor: 75$65/hour (March 2012 price reduction)
Any work performed by a technician in a residential, simple network/non-server environment.
Virus removal, Setting up and configuring new equipment (purchased from us or somewhere else), installing software. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks.
In House Labor: Work done in our shop. 55/hour (first hour is billed at on site rate to cover pickup and delivery).
Remote Support: 45/hour
